Quality Control Inspector

Experience in metals, or plastics or electronics manufacturing environments is essential. Must know how to read a Blueprint. Must know how to use basic inspection hand tools such as Micrometers and Calipers. Familiarity with height gages, optical comparators, hardness testers, snap gage, ring/plug gage, sine plate/bar and dial indicators a plus. GD&T knowledge or certification as well as gage calibration knowledge a definite advantage. Also, experience with first article, in-process and final inspection very helpful. Any background in QS 9000, ISO 9000 or TS16949 a plus. Experience in the automotive or aerospace industries a definite benefit.
