DESCRIPTION: Responsible for security while patrolling area assigned. Remains alert for any occurrences such as fire, theft, unauthorized persons, fights, firearms, and damage to property. Must monitor activities of residents and visitors. Will constantly monitor radio traffic and respond to emergency calls. Will be crossed-training to handle all department assignments. Security personnel must maintain themselves to department and recognize standards of physical fitness including body weight of proportion to height.

EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Six months experience in security, law enforcement, or military within the last three years.
