Position Title: Customer Care Representative Position Summary: In our state of the art inbound call center you will provide timely, accurate resolution of customer service inquires received by phone from end-users who need assistance with their login credentials in order to access our online banking products. Identify opportunities for end users to purchase additional products and services, as appropriate. Essential Functions: Answers customer inquiries and provides timely, accurate resolution to basic login credential online banking and bill payment inquiries with minimal supervision. Tracks customer inquiries using online tracking system. Makes outbound phone calls to end-users to ensure timely resolution of open issues. Uses tools and resources available to efficiently and accurately solve problems and answer questions as they relate to login credentials, suspected fraud, calls better suited for the Financial Institution, disabled profiles, and other general inquiries that need to be referred to other skill groups in Customer Care. Identifies add-on products and services available to end-users, and executes appropriate referral procedures. Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications: 1. High School diploma required. Associates degree or higher preferred. 2. At least two years experience in a customer service role including experience responding to telephone inquiries 3. Banking industry experience preferred. Required Skills: 1. Excellent verbal and written communications skills 2. Excellent customer service skills. 3. Must be detail-oriented and possess exceptional problem-solving and follow-up skills. 4. Ability to utilize Internet and MS Office products. 5. Flexibility to work overtime is required. Desired Skills: 1. Experience using Remedy or some other trouble ticket tracking system desired.
