Current Hours - 11:00AM - 7:30 PM
We are a 24 hour operation and require availability outside normal business hours, including weekends. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the Company.
Falcon Express Transportation, Inc. (FXT), a local leader in the Transportation and Logistics Industry seeks experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our dedicated team. Work from our new Corporate Office conveniently located in Beltsville, Maryland. Our Customer Service Representatives work direclty with a diverse client base and are responsible for a wide variety of tasks:
  • Providing EXCELLENT customer service
  • Monitoring and updating dispatch screens
  • Extensive telephone work
  • Document audits and collection
  • Data entry and maintenance of spread sheets
  • Various other administrative tasks
Qualified applicants must have:
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent work ethics
  • Professional demeanor
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Basic computer skills - MUST type 40 wpm
  • Consistent and dependable work history
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible availability
  • Flexible schedule (Operating hours are 24/7)
  • Experience with Excel is a BONUS
