  • Support the business by assisting them to orchestrate the pace and process of change to maintain operating effectiveness
  • Effectively partner with management to align and leverage human capital with business goals and strategies

Qualifications

  • Experience in the creation and implementation of a new compensation philosophy and reward programs for the financial service industry with direct experience in incentive compensation design
  • Understanding the importance of strategic talent management including workforce planning, competency development, talent acquisition, leadership development and succession planning
    • The ability to communicate and influence senior management decision-making, strong client orientation and relationship building competencies
    • Working knowledge and experience in a significant number of functional areas of Human Resources
    • Knowledge of the intricacy of cultural transformation and demonstrated success in driving such changes
    • Experience working in a shared service model, with demonstrated success working in a true team environment, built on a foundation of communication and partnership
    • Strong relationship building skills at all organizational levels in a remotely managed environment
    • Agility in determining and managing priorities
    • Key traits that include integrity, understanding, assertiveness, team player, results-driven, personal excellence, business acumen and strong project management skills
    • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred
  • **Bilingual (English/Spanish) a MUST**
  • Note: There will be a minimum of 15% overnight travel
