Some of our recent project accomplishments include:
- A one day full-scale exercise in which all emergency personnel simulated deployment to their alternate operating facilities. Our National Preparedness Division (NPD) provided complete design, development, implementation, and evaluation for the Department of Health and Human.

Currently, we have a very exciting opportunity for a Continuity of Operations (COOP) Analyst to join our company and be part of our success. Position will be based in our Washington DC office with occasional travel to client sites in the DC area (up to 10%).
Daily responsibilities will include:
o Developing and maintaining: COOP planning documents, Vital records recovery programs, COOP multiyear program management strategies, Test, training, and exercise programs, Master Scenario Event List (MSEL), Personnel rosters, Interoperable communications assessment and evaluation
o Implementation and evaluation for federally sponsored COOP exercises including exercise plan, evaluation, and after-action reporting
o Utilize risk management methodologies to identify, assess, and prioritize client’s essential functions
o Pandemic planning and strategies
o Emergency management, assessment, and analysis of human capital issues
o Assessment and operation of alternate operating facilities
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in National Security, Public Administration, Political Science or related field.
o Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or equivalent.
o At least 3 years of dedicated Continuity of Operation experience.
o General experience to include Project Coordination and Analysis in Federal space.
o Expertise with the concepts of emergency planning and implementing emergency planning programs for federal departments and agencies.
o Specialized experience to include any of the following:
§ Federal, National Security and/or emergency preparedness programs;
§ National security emergency program management and/or operations;
§ Catastrophic disaster and/or emergency program management;
§ Demonstrated experience with test, training and exercise program;
§ Documented background performing business impact analyses (BIA) and other risk assessments for large, complex organizations;
§ Familiarity with records management principles and IT disaster recovery planning;
o We are a customer-centric environment and superior customer service and communications skills are essential.
o US Citizen with ability to obtain clearance.
