Why the construction project manager requires 10 years of working experience?

Off course every high rise building or skyscraper, you will be stress out almost 2 years. Which means 5 projects you will be handled, that I am able to be a project engineer. I am being prospect to become construction project manager of a company.

project manager is a person who will fully in-charge in the construction. they need to know everything regarding the costruction flow. therefor they have to be a person who have more working experience.
