Where can I get a cheap virtual assistant?

I've done some preliminary searching and they seem awfully overpriced. Anyone know where I can find an affordable virtual assistant to help me with my business?
I am looking for a virtual assistant who can do some data entry - enter information from websites into a spreadsheet. Prepare press releases based on existing templates. Send out press releases by emailing them to list of media outlets.
