Best Answer:
Focus on how you enjoy the process of problem solving, and completing projects. Customer service always involves helping to find solutions, so try focusing on that aspect.

explain your people skills, i.e., you are a great communicator, listener, enjoy helping people find what they need and get what they want, or solve their problems. how it gives you a sense of satisfaction when they leave the business thrilled with the excellent service they received and tell you so. then give a good example of your best customer service position - even if was in a volunteer or school fund raising event etc. Be sure to smile and speak just as you would to a customer you were helping. good luck!
