where do i submit the requirments needed? how can i contact the person i need to contact if ever? how long does the process take? can i apply as a nurse for singapore even if i still dont have an employer from singapore?

You can always send in your resume via email or snail mail to the local hospitals here, thereby they will arrange an interview with you so you have to make a trip here. If you are coming in, you can apply for a social visit pass when you come in as a tourist. The hospital will arrange the necessary papers for you once your job is confirmed.
