How do you answer "why do you want to leave your job" when you're interning as a recent college grad?
Asked by Ulliel
Recruiters don't know I'm an intern and would ask me why I want to leave my current job. Should I say because I'm an intern? or keep them from knowing I'm an intern and say I am looking for more opportunities to advance in my career and have more responsibilities? I feel bad to say I'm an intern because I already graduated, in '05.

Say you are looking for bigger challenges. Keep your answer positive.

Lots of internships start AFTER graduation. there is nothing wrong with admitting that you are currently an intern.
Otherwiae, what you just said - "I am looking for more opportunities to advance in my career and have more responsibilities"

Well, why do you want to leave? Tell them why. You are an intern and your current position has not developed as you had planned, therefore you need to seek other opportunities to advance your career.
